As a mom I’m always looking for ways to organize my daughter’s toys, clothes anything that’s cluttering our house. I purchased these for long time storage and put my daughter’s clothes that don’t fit anymore. The boxes have good amount room without being bulky and I can carry them easily despite being a petite person. I loved them however after having them less than a month one of the handle locks had broken after me lifting and putting the box down on the floor. I’m not unhappy with the product itself. I like the straighter sides and squared bottoms for the things I need to store in them. I’ve gotten several sizes and they’re all good, sturdy bins. The 72QT/18 Gal. size is a bit thinner more brittle plastic than the 12 and 17QT bins are. But as you can see in the photos there is one strip of tape on the boxes and no foam in them to mitigate impact cracking and breakage during shipping. You can see where the box is still flat but was impacted during shipping. The boxes are marked “fragile”, but the shipping folks are moving too fast to read that or heed it. So if you buy these you’ll get a decent product if they don’t get broken during shipping. It’s because they are not packaged better in the boxes. That’s why I only gave a rating of 3 stars. If they change their packing methods I’ll give them another star for effort. ... show more

Wish I could give all 5 stars here. This is a super quality item. Great storage capacity, clear view of contents, sturdy looking mechanism... Unfortunately one of the 4 tubs arrived with a crack and broken rim. The broken plastic pieces were still partially attached, so I am guessing the damage occurred during the shipping. The 4 tubs were shipped stacked inside each other, with the lids stacked separately. The outer box did not appear damaged. Maybe wrapping the rims in a sheet of bubble wrap would have prevented damage. ... show more

Made in the US!!! The item itself is great!! It is see through and has locking lid. They stack well on each other. The packaging could be improved. I've received damaged items, they replace the item...only to receive a damaged one again. The customer service is amazing!! Still, the item is great!!

All four were damaged where the box meets the lid. One had cracks, two had chunks missing, and one had both locks broken off with bits of plastic everywhere. There was no padding or buffer space in the in the box of any kind, which is probably why it was damaged. There is a good chance the same will happen to yours if you decide to buy. To Amazon: You guys denied my first review because the main issue is packaging. This is not packaged at all by anyone at Amazon. Iris did all of the packaging. Also, packaging is an unavoidable step in how we all get the stuff we buy here. If a company packages their products in a way that means people get damaged items, that should be (and is) part of my review. Why? Because no matter how many of these I buy, I am taking a risk of getting a damaged product. I don't remember seeing a disclaimer or discount anywhere for that. This also means that Iris did not ship me a product that is not durable enough to reliably survive their packaging, which is a valid review point about the product itself in my opinion. ... show more

I got these to organize all of my kids clothing. I got two sets of these totes and yes it was rather expensive. However, I don’t think I would use anything else to store the clothes in our attic. The lock feature is really sturdy and keeps anything you don’t want to get in and out. I was able to fit and organize everything from newborn clothes all the way up until their 2t clothes. And with the ability to see into the tote, you know exactly what is an each box. I will be ordering more of these soon to help organize other things in our home.
