Why don't people include their weight when reviewing bicycle seats? I weigh 235 pounds and am 6 feet tall. A long time ago I replaced my original bicycle seat with a Cloud 9. Discontinued, but for reference - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017TGYQM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The C9 was a huge improvement over the original seat, but not perfect. Not sure how, but the C9's wide width didn't suit my big butt during longer rides. It was wearing since June 21, 2017 and had suffered a couple of tears. (Rips, not crying.) The description and positive reviews attracted me to this IPOW comfort seat. NOTE: I purchased the CITY-UPGRADE model. The seat lines up very well with my hip joints and I am very happy with this seat! ... show more

The seat comes with an attachment to fit on a typical seat post but did not fit my bike. Fortunately I was able to use the old attachment and simply bought a new nut and bolt set to attach the new seat for $1.53. Not the fault of the manufacturer. The attachment that comes with it is the most common type so should fit most bicycles. As for comfort it is excellent. The old seat was small and hard as a rock. I hated it. I was having tailbone pain that wasn’t going away from the peloton. I tried 6 seats to replace my peloton one and this one won! If you look up SQ Labs ergonomics for cycling, you’ll get a whole explanation about the width of your sits bones and how to measure them. That’s a factor but this seat is also comfortable. It’s not too padded, which I learned can cause the problem you’re trying to solve. And it looks great on the bike too. It’s easy to put on but even easier if you just use the peloton hardware/clamp thingy. ... show more

It's a little hard which is expected for the price I guess. I didn't notice the hole in the middle for air flow making much of a difference. It's a seat. It works. It has springs that help with comfort over bumps if you don't have suspension.

Fairly comfortable and easy to install, but probably not going to last too long. Bike got knocked over and it ended up tearing a small hole in the side of the seat. (3mm hole)
