Seeing this advertised I thought it couldn't be that simple - and no way would it actually look that good in person. But I was surprised. The plastic seems solid enough and the magnets really do snap the two halves together just like in the ad videos. The line between the two halves vanishes as well - it's hard to find the line and I certainly can't feel the seam. Great job there! The phone looks great in the case as well. The two draw-backs were how slick the case is. It's very slippery, almost as much as having no case at all on it - and the deeply-recessed ringer switch. I don't have long nails so I have to use my pinky finger to reach the switch. I always keep it on mute anyway, so it's not a huge deal for me - but it's a little awkward. If feels flimsy when it's off the phone though and it doesn't seem like it would stand up to very many drops. There is no padding in the case at all to protect from impacts - so be careful. If you like a 'naked' look to your phone though, this is a good way to protect the back. Finally - kudos to the seller who included a decent screen protector as a bonus! ... show more

I like the way this case is magnetized to put together. However the case is very slippery. Otherwise I would give it five stars. If the case had some type of rubber to make it non-slippery it would be the perfect case.

I would have given this product 5 stars, because it’s very hard to hold on to. Ya know, slippery. My only problem with iPhones and why I ALWAYS have a case is because they are so slippery with no case. This case was great it’s just that it constantly is trying to get dropped. If that’s the case then what’s the point in having if I’m gonna drop it all the time. It was exactly as advertised and the touch screen works perfectly. It holds on well even though it’s a magnet, but can easily be removed at the same time. Just wish I could hold on to the damn thing lol ... show more

Packing was very nice and cool. Loved the cover as it looks super stylish on my iphone XS Max. Only reason for giving 4 star is because the touch response is not very great. Sometimes have to press/slide multiple times for the phone to respond properly. It will take some getting use to for that as it can be annoying when you are in a hurry to search something. And it also adds some extra weight because of the magnet in the cover panel. However, I really like the durability of the cover because my phone dropped from the bed couple of times and it did not break the case or even open up from the magnetic joints. ... show more
