I started a return, and the seller offered a 10% refund without returning the product (I paid $49), but we returned it anyway for a full refund in 2 days of delivered. However, the seller charged a restocking fee, only refund $23, claiming it was used. Yes, it was used only once, in good conditions , but the inflation does not hold air when the child plays with it. That is why we returned it—because it did not match the advertisement or meet my expectations. Please check other reviews for this product, as many customers have encountered the same issue. We bought this to give our kids something active to do in MN during the winter! Pros: we used a blower which was really easy to blow up, the perfect size for indoor use but could also be used outside if you wanted, my 1 and 3 year old love it and can both jump around in it Cons: We did end up with a seam zip after about a year of having it, but we ended up buying another one since our kids used it so much, the seams themselves must not be overly high quality as I have seen other reviews mentioning seam rips as well You get what you pay for, this was some reasonably priced entertainment for our kids and it works great for that purpose! ... show more

This inflatable came right in time for my son's birthday and I couldn't be more pleased. It had a strong smell but we cracked a window and put the ceiling fan on to clear the space. My 2 and 3 year olds love it. So far, it's holding up well. I plan to take it down after having it up for 2 days and will see how it inflates the next time. Great value for the money!! ... show more
