  • 2007 Pontiac G6 2.4l Ecotec
Bought these to fix P0011 and P0014 code in my 2007 Pontiac G6 with the 2.4l Ecotec. Car is at 180,000 miles and still had the originals in it. Replaced both sensors with an oil change today and drove the car maybe 10 miles. Check engine light went out on its own during the drive. So far these are identical to the original parts I removed from the car and work just as intended. Would recommend this to anyone having this issue. I would mention that you should do your research and make positive that these are the correct parts for your car before purchasing though. ... show more

  • Perfect fit for my 2012 Chevy Malibu
If you end up with a P0011 or P00114 error code on your CEL, this is the most likely suspect. My car was throwing these codes, running rough and sucking gas. Replaced these units and it was like a brand new car. The research I read is that this is a common issue in GM. They are super easy to install, and fairly inexpensive to replace. So far I'm at a year and 10,000 miles on these replacements and have not had any issues with them. ... show more

  • Buyer beware - Use OEM (AC Delco) for 2015 Chevy Equinox
I didn't want to spend three times the amount for OEM parts so I bought these and took a chance. The price difference is $60 between the two so it's easy to get sucked in to buying the cheaper ones. Some people reported they worked fine on their car and saved money, however, I immediately had issues after installing both on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. The throttle was lagging from a stop at times and it stalled out of nowhere as I was leaving a parking lot during test driving. So, having gone against my better judgement, I ordered the AC Delco versions and ate the cost for these cheaper parts (can't return them as they're used as soon as you install them. not to mention saturated in oil). The codes I observed that led to this replacement were P0011 and P0014 (images attached). The first part replaced though was the camshaft actuator sensor. The check engine came back on so I decided to replace both the intake and exhaust camshaft solenoids. The images also show a comparison between the visual differences in these cheaper parts and the OEM ones. It appears the circular, inside part is recessed and has a larger diameter compared to OEM replacement. Having replaced both just today and resetting the codes, I'm not 100% sure the problem is resolved. I hope the engine light doesn't come back on because I'm not sure where to go from there. ... show more
