I purchased 1 medium and 2 keepsake urns after my daughter passed away. The medium has a few places that I am not sure if they are slightly damaged or if that is just how it's cut. The smalls are in excellent condition. All three are beautiful.

Lovely urn for the occassion.

We ordered several urns to decide as a family, and this one quickly became a favorite. We also considered the "white" version for a dual funeral. Ultimately, we were unable to select it due to the paint, as it may not be water-based, which is a requirement for a green, natural burial.

This urn was worth the money. It does not have easy access, the bottom can only be removed if you unscrew it. Which was a bit iffy, the screw seemed a bit old but it’s sturdy & the size is accurate.

Received it quickly and wood looks nice, although there were a couple very minor nicks on the wood. The one I received appears to have been opened by someone else before sending to me because the interior wrapping was not fully in place. Found that the sliding bottom panel was very difficult to open.
After removing the screw I had to carefully tap the bottom with a hammer to get it loose and out. It appears the sliding bottom panel is just slightly too wide. I'm guessing that someone else had the same issue and therefore returned it (and it was subsequently sent to me). I decided to try to fix it on my own. I took a sanding block and carefully sanded down the bottom panel edges to provide more clearance for it to slide. That pretty much took care of the issue (still a bit of a tight fit).
