This is my first air matress (I needed a portable air mattress for my wife to use when helping a relative to recover from surgery). I did not know what to expect - comfort - ease of inflation, etc, but the This is my first air matress (I needed a portable air mattress for my wife to use to help a relative to recover from surgery). I t did not know what to expect - comfort - ease of inflation, etc. but the InnoTruth Queen Air Mattress surpassed all expectations in every possible way. First, the directions were great. Both narrative and picture descriptions. I was also impressed that instructions to both inflate and deflate are printed on the edge of the mattress near the inflation switch (therefore when I lose the instructions, they are on the mattress. I unfolded that mattress in accordance to instructions - although it is intuitive (just unfold it). Second, the air mattress inflated just as described in less than 4 minutes - Another pleasant surprise. I did use an electrical extension cord from our home outlet to the pump electrical cord. Another pleasant positive surprise is that the inflation cord stored in a little compartment on the side of the inflator value. At first I could not find the cord, but I opened a little flap and it was there all scrunched up to fit in the little compartment. After inflation and again after deflation i was able to fold up and scrunch-up the pump cord to fit back into the little compartment - YA! Third, Comfort. As I have never been on or sleeped on an air mattress, i thought it may be like laying on a beach air mattress float - I was wrong! When both my wife and I tested the mattress by laying on it, it was very comfortable and supporting both of us individually and together. It did not feel like it was an air mattress - more like a standard bed. What a pleasant and unexpected surprise - the mattress was very comfortable. The outside layer was soft and comfortable - although when using in practical use (rather than a test), Wife will put the proper bed linens on the mattress. It was deep (description states 13 inches so we will use our deep fitted sheets. Very happy with the comfort level for the test and believe it will provide a comfortable night's sleep. As my wife and I had never been on an air mattress, we were amazed at is comfort level. Would never have expected it! Fourth, it deflated in about the same time to inflate (I did not time it). I was not sure how long to run the deflation pump (the switch clearly states the position for inflate - off - deflate). I, perhaps left it on deflate a longer time than necessary but wanted to insure all the air was out of the mattress (waited until pump noise changed to a strain). The pump deflated perfectly - another surprise. After deflating and after folding and tucking in the electrical cord in it storage area, I folded the air mattress as described in the instructions. If folded easily. It did fit in the supplied storage bag, but not quite as tightly as when removed. I could not pull the drawstrings as the top of the mattress was flush with the top of the cord (this is not a problem and I could have refolded the mattress more carefully, but did not need to as the mattress was completely enclosed in the bag. I was also impressed that the instructions described and illustrated two additional methods for inflating/deflating the mattress with external air pumps. The alternative value also has two size inflation/deflation ports to accommodate various size "tips" for the external pump. While I have external pumps, I did not test nor open the ports but see no reason they would not provide the alternate inflation method. In summary, I cannot praise the InnoTruth Queen Air Mattress with Built-in Pump enough. It could not be easier to inflate/deflate, was unexpectedly very comfortable, and easy to use in every way. I had no previous experience with an air mattress, but think this one is about as perfect as one could ever want and better than I had ever expected (and I am a self proclaimed snob). The InnoTruth Twin Air Mattress with Built-in Pump, 13" Raised Comfort, Durable Inflatable Bed is the perfect extra bed to have for that one extra unexpected guest. This mattress is really thick and extra comfy. I tried it out myself just to see what it was like to sleep on and I got a great nights sleep! The mattress is a generous twin size. You can use regular twin sized sheets. It has nice flocking that makes it not slip so the sheets don't slip off and neither do you. The air pump is built into the mattress so it can't get misplaced. It inflates quickly and stays inflated for days. All air mattress lose a little air after a few days. You just plug it in, give it a little air and you're all good to go. When you're done with it, the mattress deflates really quick as well. It rolls up and fits back into the handy bag, all ready for your next visitor. This even works for a night under the stars in the back yard. Fill it up inside and take it outside. The bottom is made of a high quality PVC so it's tough enough for the outside. You could even toss it into the bed of a pick-up truck for a night of stargazing. ... show more

    • Extremely Convenient To Store, Pump Up & Comfy For Sleeping
This air mattress arrived quickly, was packaged well, and was a dream to inflate. I was very impressed. Since it has a built-in pump, you don't have to attach an external pumping source. This is a must-have feature. This is a full-sized bed. In retrospect, I like it so much (the color is great) and should have gotten the largest size they offer. I probably will eventually do that. I have an extended family, and I do have some extra beds and sofas, but there are several kids, and they enjoy sleeping on an air mattress. My nieces, who are six and eight, shared this mattress, and they slept well. It is a nice thickness and looks lovely. It has a very attractive soft-flocked top, and it does seem super durable. The 13 inches of height of the mattress does make it easy to get onto and off of without hurting yourself. I think it's best for kids, teens, and younger adults, but in a pinch, anyone could sleep on it. It also is hard to damage, which is good when kids are using it. I always like to have as many bedding options as possible for visitors and family, and this is a great addition. I love all the features, the easy storage, and the simple inflation and deflation. This product is a keeper and would work in many different situations. It is 5+ stars. ... show more
