We have a large back yard on 2 acres and I wanted to section off a small area off the back patio for my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so I could have them outside with us, without having to worry about them getting into trouble (vegetable garden, horse arena, drive way, barn, etc.). This is perfect for that. It was easy to install, the stakes are very sturdy and strong and it will be easy to take down if needed. The dogs could probably jump out, if they really wanted to, but they haven't tried, since the area is large enough for them not to feel too confined. I wouldn't use it to keep them away from the street, it's just not tall enough, but inside our fully fenced property it works well. The dogs are about 13.5 tall at the withers, anything taller or really determined to get out would probably not be good. It would also work well for keeping them out of flower beds. I bought a total of 54 panels including 2 fences to enclose my flower garden. They are good looking and well built. Well packaged. Extremely easy to install. I needed something with gate so I could easily enter the garden to pull weeds and remove panels for maintenance in the fall. Highly recommend.

Ordered this to put around our garden to keep our dogs out of it. This is a nice upgrade from the roll of rabbit fence (welded wire) we had previously. I like having a gate access too. Before I was having to climb over. We have large dogs who could easily jump over it but they do respect the barrier. It's sturdy enough that I don't have to prop it up, nor worry about the wind knocking it over. It was easy to install. Only the stakes in between the panels get put in the ground. You are not limited to just a square or rectangle. We did order another set, as one set is only about 11 feet long. I wish you could just buy the panels without having another gate. Maybe if we all suggest this? I'm hopeful that this decorative fence will hold up to the weather and last for many years. ... show more

I got these to keep my puppy out of my garden and they have done just that. In addition setup was a snap for my 12 yr old that took over from me because I was going slow. She was able to quickly add the pin to keep each section together and had it done in 5 minutes.
