While the product itself is of a decent quality, they DO NOT measure true. I ordered both the 9.5"x14.5" and the 12.5"x19". At best, the padded area width on the smaller envelopes measures 9.25", and the length on the larger envelope measures 18". If you aren't needing specific sizes for mailing, then these may be a good value for you. However, for my business, I need the actual sizes that were advertised. Not the sizes that were provided. I used to be a steady customer for about 8 months. Product used to be very good, used to have very good adhesive. But in October 2022, they changed their supplier and clue is terrible. First, it's a yellow blob (white lower pictured) that doesn't run all they way to the end thus after closing the tab, corners peel off easy in transport. So not only glue is terrible, it's not spread to the end. What you see on the photo is old one on top and new one on the bottom. All recipes are for the old one. Be aware of the new envelopes.
