I was really pleased with this at first, I used it to cover a rip in my car seat. It looked great at first, and was really easy to apply. However, after a month or two is started to peel and came completely unstuck. Instead of reapplying I'm going to try a completely different product. When this arrived it was the wrong color but I did not know this until after I had cut it to match the spot I needed to repair. So that's on me. But the reason this is getting a 2 out of 5 is because it did not stick. It has come off several times. And yes I did clean the spot of dirt and debris before I put the piece on.
