  • Outstanding.
Size: 1 Pack
I really liked this film. The quality speaks for itself and the grain is fine. I utilize a 35mm camera with a staggered shutter (it sticks a little and it's great for distortions), and it runs perfectly. My photos were developed by the friendly folks at The Darkroom, lovely stuff, it is.

  • Just fine
Size: 1 Pack
Not a huge fan of this film. It works fine but theres not a lot of contrast in the film so it just looks a little blah and muddy.

  • Pricey, but for good reason
Size: 1 Pack
Loved this film in medium format and decided to try it out on 35mm. Did not disappoint. Fine, restrained grain structure while not as smooth as TMAX but has a nice soft character. Sharpness and detail is excellent and tonality and dynamic range are impressive. Dries pancake flat for easy home scanning. Love it love it love it. ... show more

  • Mostly blanks, very grainy.
Size: 1 Pack
I was super excited to use this film and get it developed! Unfortunately when they were developed most of my shots came out blank. The ones that did develop were very grainy. I thought maybe the film was very flash-dependent, but even the pictures I took with flash have a weird graininess on them. Idk, my pictures just for whatever reason didn't come out as good as the other reviewers (whose reviews I based for buying this roll). ... show more

It looked great when I pushed it a stop. Very sharp images and good contrast. Overall, it was fun to try something new.

  • Good B&W film

Good film. It is a little more temperamental than hp5 but most pics are great.
