Great little dump pouch. I purchased it to hold resident keys when doing service for their apartments. I also keep an assortment of other tools and items inside and on the outside of the pouch. I keep two plastic containers inside it. One holding screws and one holding wire nuts. Also keep electrical and Teflon tape inside. I am a cabinet maker and wear a tape measure almost every day of my life. I have purchased several different tape measure holding devices and none have even been quite what I needed. This item came close however. The build quality is decent, the concept is decent, but after getting it in my hands and trying to use it, it just didn't quite work how I wanted it to. If you clip it onto your belt, it fits the best in this position, but the tape sits up too high and you look like a GC who never lifts a tool. But if you put on your pants pocket, the tape sits too low and the clip isn't tight enough to keep the apparatus in place. Just walking around will make the entire thing fall off, or it will flop around like a spastic tuna. Your experience may vary, but this one just didnt work for me. The other drawback, in my opinion, was the price. I paid ~23.00 for this, and I feel that price is about double of what it should cost for (in my opinion) a mass produced metal clip screwed onto two pieces of kydex. Overall, it IS a decent product, but it just wasn't a good fit for me. ... show more

The tool holster wouldn't hold the 1.5 lb hatchet that I intended it to hold. I didn't think that was too heavy but apparently the tool is not designed to hold a simple 1.5 lbs. A total waste of money.
