    • Cap screws are too long
Distributor cap screws are significantly longer than the OEM torx screws on a 2003 Blazer. They can't be screwed in all the way, leaving the cap loose. Have to order AC Delco OEM screws separately

I installed this kit on a 2002 Silverado with a 4.3l , the cap and rotor were acceptable my only complaint would be the screws. The screws for the cap do not have a flange on them so alignment is a little more difficult than with the original screws, and the thread pitch on the cap screws was the wrong thread pitch , not a big deal if you can save your original screws. UPDATED So after about 4000 miles I acquired a horrific misfire, upon looking into the issue I learned the center tab on the rotor had broken off. ( refer to picture ) maybe a freak deal , maybe a indication of quality, the engine did not stop running and leave me walking, but I would expect a little more life out of this part than I received. ... show more
