Update: The company reached out to resolve the issue and they were absolutely fantastic! I was offered a couple options, one of which was a replacement mattress which had been upgraded since my original purchase. Because we needed an air mattress, I opted for that, and it has been wonderful! Inflation and deflation are very quick and easy, the mattress is very comfortable (we also have a memory foam topper) and it does not deflate overnight like the previous one did! Absolutely recommend! Switching from 3 stars to 5 for great customer service and product quality. Original Review: We’ve had this air mattress for 6 months now. It has been used 10-15 times and while it is comfortable, it begins to lose air shortly after being fully inflated (and has been like this since day one). I end up having to reinflate it just before our guests go to bed in hopes that it has enough air to last the night. There are no holes that I have found, so I’m not sure why it’s doing this, but it seems to be a common thing, as other reviewers have had the same issue. I was hopeful the “leaking” was just the material stretching out and things would settle in, but unfortunately that is not the case. I don’t have the option to return it at this point, but definitely would if I could. Inflate/deflate and storage are all very easy, and it is comfortable (when it’s fully inflated) which is why I gave it 3 stars. ... show more

I have never bought an air mattress before and was a little nervous as to whether I picked a good one or not. I ended up buying it because it looked as though it wasn’t to low to the ground. It was pretty tall and thought that would be easier to get off and on. It was. We love it! It was very comfortable and it inflates pretty quickly. And the best part was we didn’t have to wait forever for the air to come out and lay on it and walk on it to get it flat enough to roll back up. The automatic inflation can be put in reverse, and it sucks all the air out until it’s completely flat and compact. We also really loved that there’s a little compartment and a cord attached so we don’t have to plug anything in that is detachable. Everything’s together and there’s a place for it. And another great thing is they give you an oversized stuff bag for you to store it in. I will recommend this to anyone who asks or is considering buying one. ... show more

    • Inflatable Beds Have Come a Long Way, Happy with Product
I used to own an Intex queen inflatable bed for when guests came over. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. It didn't last long after it constantly developed leaks. I decided they weren't for me. Years later, I needed a bed for when my daughter came to visit. She suggested a blow up bed. I came across this product and gave it a chance. Upon receipt, I tried it out. Easily inflatable via the built in compressor. (Twin was purchased.) My first impression was the mattress was much taller than the previous Intex I owned. At least by 30%. Of course, once inflated I laid on the bed to try it out. This was when I was very surprised. The bed was very comfortable. I have many issues with beds due to back pains, for me this bed really far surpassed my expectations on comfort that I was not expecting. Plus the firmness can be controlled via inflating/deflating. Having owned this for several days, I had decided to sleep on it, and it confirmed my first experience. This bed is comfortable, no back pain at all. Very happy and satisfied with this purchase. My daughter has since slept on this mattress and confirmed that it is comfortable. As for durability, I can't speak to that yet but the mattress seems thick and solid. It does include 2 patches and instructions should a hole develop. I did register the product with the vendor, the vendor emailed me back with a personal thank you from the customer service rep which was also a nice surprise. One thing to mention, is the mattress smells heavily of PVC when first opened. This is mentioned in the manual. It is non-toxic but strong. I did need to open a window on the first day to let it air our. The manual stated it will go away within a week. Within 24 hours, I'd say 90% of the strong smells were gone. ... show more

I used it once while hosting guests and overall it was great. But I was very disappointed that the second time I tried to use it, I woke up an hour later with it significantly deflated. I thought at first it was just that I didn't have the dial clicked into the off position. But after re-inflating and ensuring the dial was set to off, it deflated quickly again. This was really disappointing since the second time I used it was outside of the 30-day return window. I also know that it was not accidentally popped, but instead was just a cheap product, bc i only used it on the carpet and stored it in a safe place. Update: customer service reached out and offered me a refund or replacement. I didn't realize they had a 1 year warranty! Their customer service team was really nice, helpful, and easy to work with. I'm very excited to get the new one as the air mattress itself was very comfortable! ... show more

When full this mattress feels great. It plugs directly into the wall and inflates or defates easily. The only problem is that after one or two uses. The underside seam needed ro be patched for the twin size. I took the queen size glamping and the something happened. It bums me.out to have such material go to waste ... show more
