As other reviewers state, the cushions come flat and extremely wrinkled but in less than 24 hours they completely resume their shape. We love our patio furniture so much we use it in our kitchen. Most outdoor cushions look too casual but these are ideal for indoors. So happy with the rounded shape back and front, but several options available to fit different chair styles. The fabric is smooth with a subtle sheen that does not feel cheap. I steamed out all the wrinkles in a few minutes, even along the edges. Easier than ironing and good for the foam. A used steamer can go for $10 on FB fyi. We play board games and are in these chairs for hours at a time. So comfortable but zippered covers mean I can add an inch of latex to the bottom if they end up needing more cushion. These cushions checked all the boxes for us. If the measurements work, don’t hesitate to order these fabulous cushions! Ordered another set of two cushions. Unzipped covers and allowed foam to expand over several days — I wanted to see if wrinkling improved but not a bit. Steamed out the wrinkles in two minutes without removing covers and they were perfect! Update: We have been using these every day for the past week and I notice is that they spring back without any wrinkling after sitting for hours! Nice!!! ... show more

These pillows, are a great color, quality and comfort.. Unfortunately, they are ai compressed when you receive them. And after instructions of unzipping and waiting five days, wrinkles did not come out. That’s the only problem with these. I I understand from another customer to steam the covers when you get them immediately. That might be a good idea -otherwise you will see wrinkles -and lighter green color where the wrinkles are. Otherwise, the price is very reasonable. ((I may try to steam the pillows and see if the ankles come out.) ... show more

At first I thought oh no they were rolled tightly together and when unrolled seemed so wrinkled and misshapen, but it only took a day of being out on the chairs outside to fluff up and be smooth in the moist air. They are nice quality!

Nice quality! Made very well. One cushion is perfect and the second has issues. I followed the directions as to how you work with them when you open the shipping box. The second cushion has a major dent in the foam. It will not recover after following all the directions. I’ve decided to keep the set and just live with the dent. ... show more

I don't know if the negative reviewers read the instructions, but they state as soon as you unroll your cushions to unzip them and don't use them for 72 hours while the cushion puffs up. It was amazing watching it grown over the days. I then zipped them up and even most of the wrinkles went away. They are a little smaller than my chairs but they work fine! My only suggestion is to eliminate the long pieces ties attached that are used to tie the cushion to the chair. With the dense fake wicker out there, there is not a way to tie them up and the ties are way too long anyway. I just cut them off. ... show more

I was disappointed at first with how they were rolled up for shipping, very wrinkled and out of shape but after being in the sun wrinkles were gone and they looked much better. Very comfortable!
