Skirt is nice enough, but the waist is a bit tight/pinchy (I did measure before I ordered) so I’m guessing mine just ran a little small. Nothing not being bloated won’t fix for me but I’m wearing it the day it came in. Pockets are decent- not quite large enough for my phone but bigger than most womens clothes so that’s a plus. I’m in Wisconsin where it gets cold. This skirt is the perfect length to wear with knee high winter boots, and it’s a good fall/spring weight out here but to wear it through the winter, which is what I bought it for, I’ll need fleece leggings underneath, which is why I’m a bit nervous about it being tight at the waist as is. Or if I loose 5 lbs it won’t be a problem at all! Construction is good, fabric on mine (I got the grey) is nice, it has enough body that it does not drape but holds its shape. I refuse to dry clean anything but coats, I’ll update if I shrink/destroy it in the wash (no heated drying!), but it seems like it’s mostly polyester with minimal wool content so it feels like it should be ok. ... show more

There is no smell nor tears,there is only one thing wrong the length of the lining which is not too short but would be so much better if it was the total length of the material of the skirt. Other than that the quailty is great,very heavy for the fall into the winter and enough lining to cover the butt.You would pay so much more in the stores for more than you pay here for this item.I have purchased 2 so far waiting for the second one and happy so far with the one i have.Knowing how much more I would pay at a premium store like Macy's. ... show more

Flattering A-line cut in a mid-weight wool blend. Hangs well, good drape. I have a 32 inch waist with medium hips, and the large fit with no stretch in the elastic in back. Very comfortable. This is a warm skirt for cold weather. It will look great with short or tall boots. The Navy Blue is a blue (primary color), green, brown and beige plaid. Very Autumn. For the price point, the skirt is well made- lined, and thick outer layer. I haven’t worn it, so I’m unsure how well it holds up. It looks like the picture, as far as the pattern/color. My one complaint is the excessive fabric at the hip area- if your hips are curvy like mine, it may make them appear bigger than they actually are (I’m able to grab extra fabric at the hip areas, and still have plenty of room). I don’t love the extra hippy look on me, but I do like the skirt, and will keep the skirt and work with it (maybe have it altered a bit). Ordered size Small. ... show more

I bought it because my weight fluctuates. Usually just bigger and I liked the elastic. I didn’t realize it has a zipper too so I hope the elastic isn’t for show. It’s already pretty snug so I hope it’s not too tight if I gain some weight. I’m tired of having to get rid of nice things. Love the color in person. I have to set it up pretty HIGH on my waist so the measurement is prob close to bra size about 33-34. Belly button area measurement is 37 ish. Of where I thought the skirt would be. I ordered the skirt in “navy”. It’s actually black with green, brown and camel plaid as opposed to what looks like navy blue with black and cream in the photo. I still like this color, but the cut of the skirt and the pleats in the back make it a little on the frumpy side so I might return it. Also, I wear a size 8, but I’m glad I ordered the size large in this skirt because it fits just right and the medium I debated on getting would have been way too small. ... show more

I got this skirt for my first renaissance fair this fall and it worked out amazingly. The skirt is nice and thick but not too sweaty underneath after walking around all day, super soft, and the stretch is fantastic. Super comfy. For size reference, I'm 5'8", 210lbs, and the size I ordered fit me very well. Not too large, not too small. I got lots of compliments on this skirt at the fair!
