I have not thought of an ice bath as a recovery experience in the past, but I have heard it was an effective way to help recovery after a hard day at work or while I am playing sports. So, after getting and using this ice bath I have to say it was money well spent. I know it lowers my body core temperature and it has a thermometer to help me keep an eye on the temperature. It also is made of durable polyester nylon and PVC material and so it definitely made to last. When I get in it I feel like it isn't going to fall apart even though I am over 6ft tall. The waterproof coating helps keep it from tearing with temperatures that can reach -25℃ to 50℃. It is also easy to inflate and setup within 5 minutes as well as drain using a preinstalled hose and a pumping process. It also is easy to fold up, transport, and store when I am not using it. It can hold up to 100 gallons of water and so it is plenty for me to make sure I get the full ice bath experience from head to toe. Everything came super well packaged. It takes 5 minutes to put the support poles into the tub slots. And you’re ready to start using. Easy/quick setup. It’s really good quality and looks exactly like the photo. I have no complaints, holds the water temp for a while too.

Very good product for the money, doesn’t leak and is sturdy. Gets the job done well. Does ok with insulation and keeping it cool but at this price point it’s not a deal breaker.

I’ve been using this for over a week now! Really happy with the quality and with how easy it was to get up and running! I’d been watching all sorts of videos about cold plunges and it can be reeeaaally expensive! I bought this when it was on sale and it’s been great! It took minutes to put together, clean, then fill up! I’m glad it came with a floating thermometer. It’s cold where I live and when I filled it up from the garden hose it was around 43 degrees. We had temperatures as low as 27 outside and the insulation must be working great because the water in the tub has stayed right at 43! As I get more and more used to plunging I will start putting ice in to bring that temp down. This should be a good first option for anyone trying to see if Ice baths are for you. I’ll continue to use 3 times a week and come back with any updates to the review if there are issues. ... show more

The tub has a slow leak that I cannot locate. It slowly drains and needs constant refilling. I purchased about a week and a half ago and cannot return the item as it is not eligible for return. I recommend buying another product due to the terrible customer service that accompanies the purchase as well as the product leaking immediately upon first use. ... show more
