The wig it a big red mullet! Lol you really need to have time to roll up the curls and pin them ( lots of Bobby pins!) I had to cover up the back of the wig with a bandanna you also can see my hair line at the temple area. wasn’t the best wig but definitely topped off my Lucy look.

Took a little bit of styling and a lotta bit of hairspray to get it to look like Lucy's actual hair style, but overall, I'm very pleased!! Had to pin down each curl individually, and I have NO background in hair dressing at all, but I managed to make it work. Very nice feature to my Halloween costume this year! (Also, highly recommend using a hair scarf or bandana of some kind to hide some of the areas where your natural hair around your ears, nape of the neck, and some "bald spots" where the netting in the wig cap very obviously shows. I bought this wig for a Lucille Ball Halloween costume. When it arrived, the wig is long and flowy-not at all as pictured! Definitely more Little Mermaid than Lucy! It wasn't bad looking - just NOT what was pictured.

It doesn't look exactly like Lucy's hair but it works. This wig is hot and very tight. If you're not use to wearing wigs it will be uncomfortable.

This wig was cheap and had crazy out of control curls. I wore it to the Halloween Party as Lucy Ricardo. It passed. But would I buy it again? Nope.

Just like the other reviews this did not come in an updo like what is shown in the product picture. It looked more like a mullet. I was very frustrated and it took a couple of hours to get it fixed. But I finally got it pulled up and added some stretchy headbands and tied some polka dot fabric on top to look like a bow. And it does run small like the other reviews said as well. I pulled my actual hair back in a low ponytail then flipped my hair up and bobby pinned it up all over my head. The back elastic of the wig was able to hook around that ponytail holder in the back which helped it stay. I have a pretty big head, but I was able to make it work. ... show more

Hair was all messed up and long pieces hanging down. Not supposed to be there. Had to cut off and try and fix messed up side. Turned out not too bad.

I read the reviews about how terrible this wig was and that it was too small to even fit a child. But decided to purchase it nonetheless. The truth is, this wig would be too large to fit a small child. I have a very average size head and this wig fit just like it was supposed to. I think where the confusion lies is that the hair style of this wig is meant to mimic the up-do that Lucille Ball used to wear. The mesh part of the wig fit my head perfectly, but the sides were shorter than other wigs, again, because it was supposed to mimic a hair style that has the sides pulled up. Yes, a small bit of my hairline showed above my ears, but I wore a ribbon in my hair which covered it perfectly. This was for a Halloween costume, so it really was perfect for what I needed! The wig itself was good quality. The hair was soft and I was able to fluff it up to make it look nice and use hairspray to hold it in place. I received a ton of compliments on it and how great it looked. If you know what you are getting, the style the wig is supposed to represent, and don't want to spend a fortune or a ton of time... this wig was perfect! ... show more
