Seller just rectified the issue after my initial review below by sending a replacement, explaining the partial refund solution was the result of an internal misunderstanding. Seller is accountable for their products and I appreciate the resolution. *original review, 1 star: I purchased 2 of these tapestries. One was perfect. The other was not. It was cut wrong. The seller suggested I cool wash and lay flat to dry. That didn't work. They then suggested I iron on low. That didn't work. They told me I probably hung it wrong. This back and forth with the seller lasted months... I finally took measurements to explain the product itself was not cut/ sewn properly, and asked for a refund or replacement. They offered me a partial refund. Inconsistent product and seller refuses to be accountable for poor quality products. ... show more

This looked so cute in the photos, but we were disappointed by how pixelated it was when we received it. It's not something we're comfortable hanging on the wall since the picture quality is blurry and doesn't look good. We'll probably find some other use for it.
