I kept reading about how the vacuum lines were too short. Not the case for me. It was super easy remove the old panel and replace with this one. Exact same dimension as the factory unit. Essentially just unsnap and snap back on once the dash is apart. Everything was very easy to line up and match according to plugs and colors. I have an 01' TJ Sport with automatic transmission and 4.0 engine. Old panel, the first two speeds didn't work and the dial to change options no longer clicked into each. Way better than going to advanced auto parts who was selling it for double the price. just wish I knew beforehand that the vacuum lines that come with this were too short for my Jeep Wrangler.

So hopefully this solves my current problem (knock on wood) but I wanted to review, as several folks talked about the vacuum tubes not being long enough. This fit perfectly in my 99 TJ, the length was sufficient, everything connected. Took me maybe 15 minutes to replace it. Nice to have it working again correctly. ... show more
