If I could give this zero stars, i would. At first, this worked great. I bought it in June, and it has been barely 3 months and it is clicking and grinding! What a piece of junk! It was located in a hard to reach spot and now I have to do it again! Do yourself a favor and buy the name brand part !

    • Got heat again
i have a 2016 jeep patriot and these things seem to last about a year on the mixer,this is the first time tying this brand so we will see if it outlasts the others i have used. this ones gear was a tiny bit small so was a loose fit compared to OEM but did fit and does work well so far. so if your heat is stuck on ether hot or cold or you cant mix the temp and can only get one or the other this part on your vehicle is likely the culprit. its a bit hard to reach the location but its on the driver side under the stereo you can replace it without removing any trim but i suggest at least removing the very bottom piece of trim under the steering wheel to make life easier on you. ... show more

Put this on my wife’s 2012 Chrysler 200 drivers side and it works and fits just as it should. I would recommend and buy this again.

The media could not be loaded. after about 30 mins twisted like a pretzel removing the old one and replacing it with this one worked good until today a little less than a month

    • Seems built better than the factory original
Factory original broke (the gear inside had a broken tooth). Before installing I opened this one up and it seems built better. Installing these in a 2013 Avenger under the driver dash isn't easy but this saved me a bunch of money so I am happy!

    • Helped my 2010 Dodge Journey stop the clicking in the dash.
My car was clicking loudly when I would change heat/ac. Basically, it was easy enough to install as long as you are a skilled contortionist. :) After the replacement, everything started working correctly again.
