The media could not be loaded. First off, this desk is great! I was not expecting it to be so spacious as it really is, but once you get it put together, (after kind of messing up a couple times) it really is pretty dang spacious after all! It took me around 3 hours (maybe 4...) including random union breaks every now and then. The clothe drawer it has is actually pretty sturdy as well. Extra room from the lower shelves comes in handy, but they could be a bit sturdier in my opinion, but more space is always good. I really dig the upper shelves too because once again more room for more stuff (Destiny stuff). I have been a console gamer for my whole life, until I started gaming on Pc about 6 months ago. Saying that I can honestly say that this desk has made my Pc gaming experience much more comfortable, and convenient with the added power strip and USB ports. Oh, and I can't forget about the LIGHTS!! I love the lights because you can set them to whatever theme matches what you are playing at the time. Fairly easy to put together, though it will take time and attention. There was a weird fiberglass-like material in the packaging, however, which gave me a little concern; still, no characteristic fiberglass itch or pricks, so I suppose it wasn't a big deal. The desk itself is very nice. Yes, it's MDF, but you wouldn't notice it. The faux wood grain complements dark peripherals/devices very nicely. The two-tier surfaces is also extremely helpful, as is the under-desk storage rack. It really clears out space that other desks would not be able to accommodate. One thing I'm a bit wary of is the thin expanded metal construction of the surface that's supposed to hold a desktop tower. It just seems so skimpy, and it's also a little rough -- it can catch on loose clothing a bit. I wouldn't bother with the lighting kit it comes with either, personally. They aren't very high-quality and take up a USB outlet in the desk. I do like the accompanying outlets, though. ... show more

The desk itself is a bit time intensive to build but is nice and sturdy so far. Got no real complaints about it. My problem is the LED strips that come with the desk are... Spastic. I'll have it set for green, then at random will start strobing either random colors or will go full epilepsy flashing of a single color. If I have it on anything other than maximum or minimum brightness it will just jitter the color of choice aggressively. It will also turn on at random too, whether it turns on to the color I had it at before or it changes itself is also completely random. Thinking of just getting a new set of light strips at this point. Otherwise, good desk! ... show more

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son. It was not missing any parts. One board was slightly warped, but we were able to make it work when it was all said and done. It took 2 people and 2 hours to assemble although easy there were a lot of small parts to put together. It looks super cool once it was finished and finally put up in his room! It’s not as sturdy as I had hoped, but it functions just fine. It holds his monitor and keyboard along with some trinkets or collectibles. He has to keep his PC on the floor as that was too large to fit in the bottom sadly. Otherwise the value for what we paid was pretty much what I had expected, a pretty great price considering! ... show more

I needed a second desk for work as my primary desk became too crowded with my home and work setups. At the time, I needed a budget desk option and the Huuger L Shaped Desk Gaming Desk with LED Lights & Power Outlets fit the bill while allowing for a "cool" factor with the LED lighting for when I have the room lights out. As desks go, it is good enough to do the job I needed it to do. It can easily hold three, 27" monitors. And since my laptop goes into a docking station, that easily fits under the monitor shelf. So for a budget model, I have no complaints about the desk aspect. I will say that I did have someone help me put the desk together, which made things easier. Fortunately, I had no missing parts or other issues others have described. My only issue with the desk are the LED light strips. These are done via the adhesive on the LED strips, so you can put them where you want. And it has a remote. All of that is lovely, and I like that it has different colors and patterns. BUT, the lights are annoying in that they will turn themselves off or on, or they will change patterns or pattern speeds randomly. I haven't found a causality for it. What that is, I cannot say. It is a minor annoyance, more when it shifts patterns and I have to get it back to my favorite pattern/speed. ... show more
