I’ve been using these for years and love them. I throw one into my tub of hunting clothes and it keeps them from smelling like plastic. They have a very strong dirt smell that lasts. I also like to hang one in my blind when hunting. I hope they never discontinue these!

These things work great - at least, they sure smell like dirt to ME. Do deer/elk agree? Impossible to say, but they sure don't hurt. My only complaint is they're SO smelly the odor literally goes straight through the container, making them hard to store. I've got my pouch in two freezer bags and it STILL stunk up an entire storage bin. Honestly, these things are so strong I almost feel like you don't even need to carry them. You could get a big storage bin, put a wafer and your hike/hunt clothes in there, and let them marinate for a few weeks and probably get the same effect... ... show more

I've had all kinds of game walk right underneath me using just one of these pine scent wafers pinned to my hat. I'd say it works great and I would definitely recommend to mask your scent.
