I was skeptical at first. I've been burned before by socks purchased from Amazon. However, right out of the package, I could tell these were different. The socks were as long as my shin. I've included a picture with the socks beside my laptop for scale. They're so soft they slid right up to my knee. They gently hug my leg from ankle to knee but allow free bending at the knee without pain. They're thin enough to wear my bootlets without my feet feeling like the leather squeezes them. Even though these look worn (they are at least a year old) they still work pretty well and are comfortable. They would look better if they were made to fit actual adult legs. These socks measure from heel to bottom of the knee 9”. My legs from heel to bottom of the knee are 16” and I am only 5’3”! Stretching these socks from 9 to 16+ inches is more work than it should be, feel tighter than they should, and really wear out the socks. I never feel like they are up to my knees enough. If I ever find a company who is willing to make a soft comfortable bamboo knee high that actually fits--well they’ll have my business forever. ... show more

I have bamboo sheets and love them, love the softness and the easy care to wash. So I tried these socks. Same softness, they stay up nicely, very comfortable ... BUT ... two issues I have with them: 1- No matter how many times they are washed, they leave an absurd amount of fuzz on the bottoms of your feet and between the toes. 2- They take FOREVER to dry in a dryer, can't even image air drying them.
