This is our second time buying these for our daughter. She is 4 and big for her age. She normally is 7/8 so I bought the 8. It fits her with plenty of room to grow and she will definitely be able to wear these next winter too! They are a nice fabric and not cheap. Very high quality and super adorable! This is our favorite type of dress for our daughter as she can play, go to school, church or anywhere in them. I like these so much I am probably going to buy more again. Despite my husband I don't think too many dresses is a thing. Ha! I might even buy her some for the summer later on as well. Thank you for such a great quality and cost-effective dress! We love love them! UPDATE: We still love these however after washing, one is incredibly smaller than the other. Not sure why because we have 3 more of the exact size dress from this brand and they didn't shrink. She wears it as a long skirt/shirt with leggings instead. These dresses are very cute and soft, they work great EXCEPT for the neck hole. It’s too small and it’s not stretchy at all. My daughter just turned 1 year old and the 9-12 month size fits her body perfectly, but the neck hole doesn’t fit over her head, not even close. These two dresses are my baby’s favorites by far. She actually takes them out of the drawer and asks me to put them on her. And they’re actually well made and cute to a fault! The cotton is thick enough, and they have been through several laundry cycles by now with no signs of wear so far. I would say they’re true to size. My daughter is tall for her age, so I bought the next size up, and they fit her perfectly. They’re rather loose, not tight, so there’s a lot of room for growing, too.
