The product arrived very quickly. I got this idea from another reviewer. I've used these bags to protect my figs from birds and squirrels who usually take the fruit just before they are ripe enough to pick. They literally strip the tree bare and I have not been able to harvest any figs for several years now. These bags are see through so I can see what's happening to the ripening fruit without having to remove the bags. The drawstrings stay tight once pulled closed so I don't have to tie bows or knots to each one to keep the bags in place and this saves a lot of time. In my opinion, the mesh bags allow for air flow and lessen the likelihood of the fruit going moldy. So far, I can't see that the wildlife has tried to take any of the fruit covered with bags so I'm hopeful that I might actually get to eat some figs this year. A great value for the price since I believe I can get several years of use out of these. ... show more

I use these for every single one of my orders. I own an Etsy shop and use these bags to gift wrap each item. Great quality and great price. They stay closed fairly tightly just from pulling the drawstring and not tying. Will buy over and over.

I bought these to protect my fruit against the birds. With the bags slipped over the fruit (the pics are my figs) and the strings cinched, the bags stay sturdy in place. They’re sheer enough for sunlight to get through as the fruit ripens and strong enough to keep the birds and bugs out. The bags are easily loosened and removed so the fruit can be picked and enjoyed. I’ve used the bags over and over again! I also use the bags on my tomatoes, and they work like a charm keeping out the birds and bugs. Some of the beefsteak tomatoes grew so large that I had to cut the bags off. So I ordered the next largest size, 5x7”, and they work well. They give the tomatoes more room to grow. I also started bagging my little groups of cherry tomatoes in the larger bags. My peppers and strawberries seem to be safe for now but I’ll bag them if the birds or bugs starts nibbling on them. Bought these to hang aromatic soap from the trees to keep the deer away. I’ve read where if you hang aromatic soap like Irish Spring near where you don’t want deer eating your seedlings or trees, it will keep the deer away. So far it’s working. The deer don’t like the scent and these mesh bags worked great for putting the soap in and hanging it off a branch of my trees. They are reusable, so I should be able to keep the deer away for as long as I live here ... show more

I package my hand made soaps in these. They're beautiful and add a great touch to my products. I've had a couple that had drawstring issues, but at 10 cents per bag, I'm not let down. I also use these to organize charging cables and ear buds when they're not in use.

Well sewn. Very sheer. Very pretty. My only complaint is I can’t get natural fiber bags. I only wanted a handful of these for bar soap bags. I’d pay the same for 10 instead of 100. (Organza in a natural fiber is apparently made from silk.) If the company would offer those too, I’m sure they’d find other buyers who are trying to make environmentally friendly choices. I’m experimenting with shampoo and conditioner in bars to stop buying plastic containers. Using bar soap in mesh bags that I can then hang to dry will make them last a lot longer. Honestly I bought these to hang up satchels of moth balls. They’re really useful for it. Reason this has 4 stars though is because some had issues with the opening being pulled tighter due to an issue with the threading which I’m sure would cause issues for some that use these as gifts or decorations, etc. Me personally I didn’t mind since it’s just to hold moth balls. They’re bigger than I thought which is a good thing bc it held way more than I expected. The bags are pretty though (we got the white) ... show more
