I have been in a few month battle trying to replace this awful laptop. Screen too light to see, no light on numbers lock key, keys all jammed together, takes forever to "start up" making it unusable for work from home, I sent it in for repair as my last option but nothing changed. I tried every angle to get Amazon or FRUGAL DEALS (the seller to just exchange this hunk of junk. FRUGAL DEALS would not even talk to me or consider helping me. BAD HP PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SELLER "FRUGAL DEALS", AND WORST OF ALL, AMAZON LET ME HUNG OUT TO PAY WITH NO WHERE TO TURN. i DIDN'T EVEN USE IT. IT WAS SO LIGHT i COULDN'T READ THE SCREEN. i JUST WANTED A DIFFERENT LAPTOP. I am giving this junk to my granddaughter and you know, AS MUCH AS I AM (WAS) A LOYAL Amazon Prime Member...I will not buy anything like this from Amazon, HP, or Frugal Deals again. Good laptop. Lack of lighted keyboard is a drawback. Symbols on keys difficult to read.

Have reached out to amazon the seller with no response. Bought the laptop end of Feb 2020 and the battery will not stay charged. Now buying a new battery in hopes to fix the issue.

    • Sweet laptop makes me happy.
Fired right up and hooked to the internet per usual. Replaces an older laptop that just quit. It was backed up to Microsoft's cloud and so all my pictures, old documents transfer right over. Thanks HP!!

    • Viewing very difficult.
Overall product OK. Biggest complaint is that the screen is very difficult to view. Constantly adjusting the screen to get a clear view without it fading out. Had to lower my chair a notch to not have to open the lad top all the way to get the clear view. Would not buy product again!!!
