Description

Incubation Classroom Add water Before starting the machine, observe the annular water tank. and then use cotton thread and water pan to create auto Matic humidification. Keep the water pan with water throughout the incubation period, and other parts are strictly prohibited from getting wet; after installing the machine the machine is strictly prohibited from tilting! Referring to photo 1, the water tray has two purposes When hatching add water to the water tray to humidify the machine (do not add water directly to the machine) and use it to feed the chicks after hatching. Start up It will start automatically when the power is turned on, be sure to plug in the power supply tightly pay attention to the safety of electricity). The original set temperature of the ma- chine is 100F, and the hatching chicks do not need to be adjusted (the display temperature is 32.18-32.54Fabove and below 100F, it will not affect). Egg testing After the eggs are placed, the number of days of incubation should be recorded. On the seventh day of incubation, press the button on the machine to light up the egg, and the egg light will be on, and the egg will be checked on the egg detector. Observe the development of eggs If there are obvious bloodshot, they can continue to hatch. If they are transparent, they cannot continue to hatch. Changes in the eggs can be observed on the 14th and 18th days. Hatching On the 18th day of hatching, stop turning the eggs, remove the egg tray, and place the egg on the D l Y birthing bed. Take out the eggs and spray them with warm water at about 104F,2-6 times a day and then put them into the machine to help the chicks break out of their shells. Brood After the baby chicks come out of the shell, take out the incubator after the hair is dry and pay attention to keep the baby chicks warm. After 24 hours, you can feed the chicks some warm water first and then feed some millet soaked in warm water. Don't feed too much, it will damage the chicks. Put eggs After testing the machine for two hours, the temperature is stable at about 100F and the eggs can be put in. Disconnect the power, place the egg big end out on the egg tray. close the lid, and plug it in. The automatic machine will automatically turn the eggs once every 120 minutes, and the time for each egg turning is about 60 seconds; press the + Key to test the egg turning. The manual egg-turning model needs to rotate the fixed rod 2-4 times a day and pay attention to the temperature of the machine during the incubation process.

  • The instructions could have been more clear.
There was a piece that came with the machine that we never figured out what it was for. The instructions were not very clear. None of our eggs hatched... disappointing!

  • Easy to set up
For science! Seeing if the free range chicken eggs from Trader Joe's will hatch lol. I didnt need an expensive and complicated incubator to try hatching 6 eggs. This is a nifty little self-turning model. Temp is even preset. I'm not sure what the extra included motor looking piece is for, though. Nothing in the instructions explained it. ... show more

  • Did not work
Tried twice with eggs we knew to be fertilized...didn't work at all. Can't return now because its been over the time limit. Don't buy

  • Doesn't heat up
I followed the directions and set the incubator to 100 degrees. The incubator never got warm enough. After 7 days, the eggs felt like they've been sitting on the counter, instead of a warm spot. Get what you pay for......... but the dog is happy for the scrambled eggs!
