  • A Practical Follow Up to The Coffee Bean
I was fortunate to grab a copy of their first book The Coffee Bean when Damon West tweeted that he left some signed copies at a bookstore near my house. I immediately jumped in my car and purchased the few copies he had left to have one for myself and share with a few friends. It left a great impact as I read it and immediately shared my copy with my kids as well. When they asked for volunteers to be on their preview team, I jumped at the chance. This version follows up the powerful lesson of the first book with 111 practical tips that will inspire you to leave and impact on those around you and influence your environment. I can’t wait to share the copies I bought with family and friends. Do yourself a favor, Smile, buy a couple of copies since you will want to surround yourself with other people who want to be coffee beans as well. ... show more

This is a great follow-up book to The Coffee Bean. It is short and can easily be read in one sitting. Then, the key is go to back and put into practice each of the ways to create positive change. With 111 ways, pick and choose the ones you want to focus on daily, weekly or even month. This is an ideal book to use with teams and with coaching groups. ... show more

  • Solid. Great life lessons.
Was expecting a watered down iced coffee. Was given an espresso shot. Analogy yes. Coffee yes. The book, yes.

  • Quick, But Deep Reflection
This is another great supporting and encouraging book from these authors. Though the 111 ways presented are brief, they require reflection and action to see the desired change. Each could be a book in and of itself and certainly worth that much reflection. When I need a moment to pause I read one of these and be present in my reflections which keeps my focus on the positive. ... show more
