  • How things work book
My 8 year old grandson is an excellent reader and easily reads this book. He is very, very interested in how all things work and this book is FULL of interesting things. A nice big, hard cover book with lots of full color pages and interesting info with reasonably current info. I am pleased with this purchase and so is my grandson. ... show more

The subject matter will interest the 8 year old, but to avoid frustration the parents will need to read it to the 8 year old child. ... show more

  • Great book!
Bought this book for my 11 yr old grandson as a Christmas present. He told me recently he still after two months likes reading it and loves the pictures and explanations and reads it over and over. It’s one of those books you can pick up and open anywhere in it and be interested or educated right away. Heavy and very well made. ... show more
