I used this primer years ago & loved it. Then I signed up for a bunch of beauty boxes and started trying new primers. I’ve tried so many different products and I finally decided to recommit to the hourglass veil mineral primer because nothing really compares—I can just wear this and no makeup and my face looks airbrushed. I went to Sephora’s online shop and ordered it—one week later I got an email that they were sold out and had to cancel my order. So I went to the Hourglass website and they were also sold out of this primer in the large size. So frickin' happy I found this stuff! My skin get's so oily and come mid day I swear I felt like people could see their reflection in my face. I have tried a few other primers, they only made it worse. This stuff is incredible! It keeps my foundation in place and keeps my oils at bay throughout the day. I get a little bit of shine at the end of the day around my nose, but nothing compared to what it used to be like. I ordered the travel size originally, and just ordered the 2 oz. a few days ago. Love this product and the way it makes my skin feel. It’s a bit pricey and may have to look around for a different place to buy, or may have to look for a new product. That said, love this product. I get so many compliments on how my skin looks and feels. It doesn’t take a lot to cover my face and neck. Not greasy or heavy at all. I would recommend. Works better than ANY other primer I’ve tried, and I’ve tried several, across all price points. Keeps my very oily skin under control quite well. I still have to blot a couple of times throughout my 10 hr work day, but that is nothing compared to what I previously had to suffer through to ensure that I did not look like an oil slick. ... show more
