It is exactly as described and easy to use. Although I don't find most of the features to be of much use, I also really like it for a few reasons. Most importantly to me, it keeps the water heated! If not for the heating feature I would just save the money and use a bucket of hot tap water. I like a long soak though to ease my aches and this stays hot for as long as you want it to. It also adjusts easily and quickly if it starts to feel too hot or cool. I also like the depth as I believe it's deeper than most. Although I would have loved another 2 or 3 inches deeper I think that would make it too heavy anyway. I loved that I could use epsom salt in it, which I did, and it works great. Some other companies say you can't use them in their product. It's sturdy but I did notice it's easy to knock the support bar out of place if you're not paying attention when moving your feet around. The foot massage rollers and red light don't do much for me and the bubbles are nice but not enough to 'do' anything. All and all I recommend it if you like a nice long relaxing, mostly effortless foot soak (other than filling, carrying and emptying it, which is worth it). ... show more

Purchased the product as my Christmas gift to myself. I’ve only used it once. No complaints, I hope there are no issues in the future. Operating instructions were easy to follow. I love the fact that the product is collapsible, which makes storage easy. Heat control is a plus.

1/9/24 THIS IS A GREAT FOOT SOAKER. IT'S PORTABLE AND EASY TO STORE. ii love to rotating wheels that massage the bottom on your feet. I love the controls and the tub if easy to clean and easily storable because it collapses. I just discovered that it heats the water-kept it warm for my 30 minute soak. But be careful because the heating mechanism it's s very close to the your feet. I love that it has a water releaset( less messy when trying to empty. Also it has a carrying loop( like a pocketbook so it's easy if you have to tote it up or downstairs. what's really great it fits under my bed, or in the closet because it's a bit small than most foot soakers. But it works wonderful, and the bubbles are quietly surrounding the feet. And adding a foot soaking product is no problem either. Great buy for the money. One caution, this soaker is not for people with feet over size 10-I don't suggest it for men at all. ... show more

I had never soaked my feet before I purchased this foot spa. I admit I've gone overboard. Been using it almost every night since I received it two months ago. I've had ankle issues for years and the discomfort has increased in intensity as the years have passed. After trying every cream or jelly that's touted as providing relief I finally found something that works. Bought a second one to take to my cabin. Everything on this spa is well designed and works as advertised. I was worried at first about the carrying handle but it feels solid and it works perfectly. I'm still not sure what function the red light has, unless it's just to be a red colored light. The faults with this product: it heats up very slowly, and the heat radiates from the center outward. It can get a bit hot on the inside of your arch as a result. The bubbles don't do much at all, and when the bubble function is on, it's quite noisy. The rollers are okay, but don't serve much purpose other than letting you slide your feet back and forth without dragging. I think they'd be better if they were fixed texture, instead of rollers, so you could rub your soles against them. The pumice holder is very awkward, with a small pumice in the center, so it's really only good for rubbing the center of one heel at a time, and very awkward to use for the edges of your heels where it's more needed. The good: It does heat up nicely if you wait long enough, and holds the heat well. There's plenty of room, so you're not stubbing your toes on one end and your heels on the other (at least, I wasn't). It folds up well, holds water without leaking, and is overall convenient to use.
