Be aware this shaper should be hand washed cold water and hung to dry to prevent Velcro from damage. The back bunches. Maybe size up for the upper back spillage but overall I think this shaper is my first best out of two! My video would not post but I will try again and post the video of my review. This trainer fits well ordered a 3x it definitely tightens and helps support posture. Just got it and haven’t started working out in it yet but I feel like it will definitely help. I thing I noticed I don’t like how it fits and the bottom. It rolls up a bit.
