I bought an XL because my waist was a 36in. Now after using my Hoplynn EVERYDAY (while cleaning and exercising) my waist has gotten smaller, down to a 32in 😃. So I'm currently using a Large now. And I'm ready for a Medium. I love that that it has three levels of tightness so if u first get it and the first clips dont fit u can always start at the last clips and move your way up. It's tight but so comfortable. And i LOVE that it has that extra strap of velcro (which has a good grip) to make my tummy area more tight. I just LOVE this product! Im 5'4" 205 lbs . an xl fits great. Light weight with a firm hold. The arms holes arent snug like most vests ive gotten in the past. I love the mixture of the sauna affect with the 3 prong waist trainer. The velcro waist band gives you that extra support. I Did some house cleaning and organizing today, was just as soaked as if i did full High interval training today. No icky feeling and the moisture stays put. Love this !! I will say that I’m 5’6” and range from 135-142 in weight - I ordered a medium and probably could got gotten a small. The shoulder straps are a big big, and I have it tightened to the smallest notch. But it still does a great job at helping sweat in the right area when at the gym, and the extra strap across the stomach is a huge help! Great quality! I absolutely love my HOPLYNN Neoprene Sauna Sweat Waist Trainer Corset Trimmer Vest! I ordered it yesterday and received it today exactly as described. This is a very good quality product and it fits just as I needed it to. I did a few sit ups, crunches and tricep dips to see how it feels during low intensity exercise and it was surprisingly comfortable and did not roll up at all. I definitely did sweat quickly but it didn't feel sticky and gross like some neoprene. I would definitely recommend this product. I will be ordering again for sure! So far I Love this waist trainer! At first I thought HOLY MOLY this is tight! I had already been wearing the plain Jane sweat belts but could never get it tight enough. I’ve wore it all day today and let me just say you get use to it fast! I could not believe how much I have sweated just working around in the house.
