Doll is great size and weight. Legs, arms, and head can be turned but very stiff. Provided earrings did not stay on so I pierced her ears with some old ones I had. Provided necklace way too long so I used an anklet for the perfect length. HAIR COMES VERY TANGLED! I was prepared from reading reviews. Wet with water and use some hair lotion and detangler brush or wide tooth comb. Be very gentle and hold at the roots while combing to avoid too much hair loss. After that all is well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Everything was perfect. The outfit was right on point. The only thing that wasn’t like the pictures because I ordered two different one is their hairstyles. They’re just straight ponytails they don’t have any type of edges. But overall, the doll is perfect, and everybody was so amazed how real it looks. It was definitely a Successful birthday present. I did brush The hair out and I use leave inconditioner. It worked amazing. Yes it did have some hair came off but was not from the head it was just loss hair in the ponytails. I do Recommend start from the bottom to the top of the head. I really recommend To use leave in conditioner and a wide comb for the hair as well. Soo let me start off with the pros, my daughter absolutely loves her baby, the cons of this doll don't even phase her, she is happy she bought her with her birthday money! 0-3 months do fit her, she is super cute and definitely looks real. My daughter got a compliment the first day she got her when we took her to the store with us. She came with everything she was suppose to come with. Things I wasn't pleased with. The main reason we picked this one is because of her hair, she had a big puff in the picture, that resembled my daughter's huge puff when her hair is in a ponytail. I understand they have to package her so she comes in good condition but whether they did that or not her hair still wouldn't have been curly like the picture and she doesn't have near as much hair as the one in the pic. We read reviews before buying so we knew it was a 50/50 chance with her. Like other reviews, I wouldn't recommend brushing her hair. It sheds so bad and falls out so easily and we didn't even brush/comb it after trying a small section of her hair. It fell out when parting it and when braiding it. I told my daughter it is probably best of you leave her hair in the style she did it or don't do her hair soo much. Yes since there isn't a lot of hair and it sheds easily the parts are a little crazy looking, but I feel like once the hair is styled it doesn't look too bad. The packaging was horrible, the outter part was just all taped up and ripped open so you could see in and see there was a doll but they had the doll sealed up good so I won't complain to much on how they package them, even though I think I box would work better for the outside part of packing. She comes with hoop earrings but she doesn't have holes for earrings, they are like clip ons, so they don't stay on the doll at all, so my daughter wears them lol. Her chain is cute but waaay too long, not like the pic, still cute though. The baby wears it but so could my daughter. Over all my daughter is still totally happy, so if she is happy I'm happy. I think it was still a good purchase I just think for the cost of it even though it is one of the cheaper lifelike dolls, it could still have some tweaks made to it, otherwise advertise it the way it really looks. ... show more

I just received my doll Sophia, a day ago. Beautiful doll!!! I’m in love with it! She came with all the accessories. Her hair was nappy and looked terrible when I took her out the box but when I wet it with water and put some Cantù curling creme on ,it was long and shiny. It had lots of shedding in the beginning but it didn’t affect her fullness of hair at all! She has a head full of hair as you can see.
