I just received my doll Sophia, a day ago. Beautiful doll!!! I’m in love with it! She came with all the accessories. Her hair was nappy and looked terrible when I took her out the box but when I wet it with water and put some Cantù curling creme on ,it was long and shiny. It had lots of shedding in the beginning but it didn’t affect her fullness of hair at all! She has a head full of hair as you can see. I'm happy with my purchase. The doll is an absolute darling. The hair does need some working, but I knew that beforehand and there are care instructions on the box. Looks realistic and is soft bodied and nice to cuddle. Great value for the money, came with an extra outfit.

The media could not be loaded. Everything was perfect. The outfit was right on point. The only thing that wasn’t like the pictures because I ordered two different one is their hairstyles. They’re just straight ponytails they don’t have any type of edges. But overall, the doll is perfect, and everybody was so amazed how real it looks. It was definitely a Successful birthday present. I did brush The hair out and I use leave inconditioner. It worked amazing. Yes it did have some hair came off but was not from the head it was just loss hair in the ponytails. I do Recommend start from the bottom to the top of the head. I really recommend To use leave in conditioner and a wide comb for the hair as well. Love this doll. Doll can be posed. Will need newborn clothing only. 3+ mos is too big. Hair is way longer than expected. Hair is very delicate and must be misted with water and moisturized. I used baby lotion. This doll is very lovely and realistic looking.

But after reading another review, her hair came to life!!! A little hair came out while combing through the nappy bush. All you need to do is wet the hair with a spray bottle, use a detangling brush, and put some Mielle Twisting Soufflé to make the curls come to life.
