Her hair was nappy and looked terrible when I took her out the box but when I wet it with water and put some Cantù curling creme on ,it was long and shiny. It had lots of shedding in the beginning but it didn’t affect her fullness of hair at all! She has a head full of hair as you can see. The media could not be loaded. Everything was perfect. The outfit was right on point. The only thing that wasn’t like the pictures because I ordered two different one is their hairstyles. They’re just straight ponytails they don’t have any type of edges. But overall, the doll is perfect, and everybody was so amazed how real it looks. It was definitely a Successful birthday present. I did brush The hair out and I use leave inconditioner. It worked amazing. Yes it did have some hair came off but was not from the head it was just loss hair in the ponytails. I do Recommend start from the bottom to the top of the head. I really recommend To use leave in conditioner and a wide comb for the hair as well. Love this doll. Doll can be posed. Will need newborn clothing only. 3+ mos is too big. Hair is way longer than expected. Hair is very delicate and must be misted with water and moisturized. I used baby lotion. This doll is very lovely and realistic looking.

It's a beautiful doll, definitely not the same as the picture same hair color but not same complexion,or same height. Depending on how you brush her hair yes it does come out easily. You have to do it in a style right away to prevent that from happening. It did have some shedding but not as much as I seen in the other reviews. She came with a bottle, pacifier, pamper ,and this cute birthday outfit with a cupcake on the front!!!
