I really like this device! It’s very simple to use and the instructions for dosage are quite clear. Also, I really like the portability. The company seems awesome! Shortly after I ordered mine, I expressed some concerns and they were very supportive and responsive! Although I’ve only been using it for about a week, I feel already like I’ve received some skin results and maybe even a little relief on some deep tissue issues. The media could not be loaded. I just got it so I’ll update after a week. (Pinky promise). Came nicely packed. It’s sturdy and has a quite nice base so I don’t have to worry about hanging it anywhere. The size is perfect imo. I got it for my face but I can easily use it for my back or arms etc and will cover about half my body nicely (5’4”). This is my second day using it so a bit early to tell. It’s double chip (so both red light +near Infra) on all lights. I’ve done 10minutes at 6” from my face. First day I didn’t feel a thing. Second day it was a bit warm ish but it could be all in my head. I’m using it for beauty purposes as of right now and in hoping for my freckles to go away and have a more even tone while getting rid of fine wrinkles. Hopefully it helps me sleep better, too. UPDATE! I did notice an improvement with sleep cycles and clearer skin after a solid month, it did take me a bit to stay in routine though, so make sure you are going to stick to it. Once I have used it consistently for a bit longer I will come back yet again. I will say though, it would be neat if there was some guidance on how long to use it etc I had to do a bit of research on what is safe and what not and I am still not entirely sure. ... show more

This seems like a nicely built unit and even comes with an attachable cable handle so it's easy to relocate it. Or you can hang it on a wall although this unit is more of a table top size (not full body). I do move it to the floor to treat my legs for inflammation. I also have more than one IEC power cable installed at varies places where I want to use the unit so I only have to unplug it and move it and then plug it back in, without having to also move the power cable. Example: my dresser is a good height to use this on my face and then I have a lower table which is a good height to use this for my torso, so I move it between the two locations and stand in front of the unit for treatment. The portability of this unit makes it easy to do that. The LEDs do seem to generate a bit of heat to the skin so I would not use this very close. I tend to use it about a foot away. I am hoping for anti-aging benefits to my skin and wrinkles and to lower inflammation in the body overall as well as improve my mood and my sleep. I have tried it on a sore foot and it seemed to help almost immediately. And it has definitely helped me sleep as it really gives a nice soothing feeling after you use it. I plan to use this about 10 minutes per area, about three times per week. I just received this and have only used it a few times so far so I will update this review later on to report back on any results. ... show more

I got this for Christmas. I feel like it works when I'm consistent with it. The stand is sturdy. I don't enjoy having to position it In different places for the lights to target the lower half of my body. I'm a beginner so maybe I don't know what I'm doing. It's great for face and upper body. I just set it on my makeup stand let it work. It has helped relieve some back and hip pain when I was able to get myself in a position for the lights to target those areas. I believe it's a good product. I'm enjoying it 😌 ... show more

Red light is also good for your eyes so I don’t wear the goggles. I could have gotten the smaller one, however this size also shines light on my face, neck, and chest which I love ... show more

A month ago I bought the smaller HGPRO300 and loved it. Then I bought two books on red light therapy and continued researching. Considering the huge health benefits of red light therapy, especially the impressive benefits of NIR I decided to take the jump and order the larger, full body HGPRO 1500. I couldn't be happier with my decision. As I want to use it unclothed, I decided to hang it on the main bathroom door. I am 5.7 and the 1500 covers from the top of my head to one inch above the knee if I stand at about 2 feet away. I have already experienced benefits. I have more energy!! Yay!! Much better sleep, softer skin (though my skin has always been very soft). I am using it 10 minutes a day. Installation was easy, though this panel is really heavy. I intend to use it on a daily basis for as long as I inhabit this planet. I initially doubted on buying this full body panel because of the price but I wish I had bought it a long time ago.
