  • HOW TO USE: The Hooga Grounding fitted sheet is very easy to use. Simply spread it out on your mattress like a regular fitted sheet, snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the side of the sheet, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding jack of a wall outlet. When any of your skin is in contact, you will then be directly connected to the earth, providing grounding benefits.
  • WASH INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the grounding sheet, we recommend washing it by itself using cold water and a gentle, natural detergent. If possible, tumble dry on low heat setting or hang to dry in order to preserve the life of the silver fiber fabric as long as possible, ensuring conductivity for many nights to come!

I had heard quite a bit about grounding sheets but didn't necessarily believe it would make a difference. I put the grounding sheets on the bed and didn't tell my husband. When my husband got into bed first he said, "I really like this sheet." I was a little surprised because he's been asking for silky or satiny sheets which the grounding sheets are not. After I got in bed, I woke up sometime in the night surprised that I'd fallen asleep so quickly. I also had no pain. This was tremendous since I have pain 24/7 from Spondylosis and diabetic neuropathy. When my husband and I awoke the following morning he reported a deep sense of well-being and less pain (he too has diabetic neuropathy along with bulging discs). I was initially skeptical but decided to give these grounding sheets a try. After the first night, I didn’t notice much difference and started to get worried. However, after a week of consistent use, I am blown away by the results. My heart rate during the day has noticeably dropped, and I now sleep through the night without waking up. Tested it with 3 different brands of my electric testers, 2 Klein and one Milwaukee. Followed their video, and also watched you tube videos, just in case a 25 year electrician was not doing it right. Knowing all the while it’s just a non working product. The company would not refund or exchange the product. We would never buy from the manufacturer or seller again. I have been wanting to get some sort of grounding material for inside my home for a while, and while a mat is nice, I thought...why not have a whole sheet? I figured worst case scenario, it's organic cotton and won't do a darn thing. I was very willing to take that risk. I have had it on my bed for five nights now, and I really am feeling a difference. I feel like I sleep better than normal, less waking up during the night, and I find I fall asleep faster - about 10-15 mins vs. the typical 20-30 it was before. Also, I notice I've woken up with less or no lower back pain which would plague me now and again. I also feel like when I first wake up, the pain in my heels is lessened. I have been able to hop out of bed instead of force myself to finally get up and get the day going. Is this a magical sheet that solves all the world's problems? No. BUT, I DO believe this is ACTUALLY grounding me (I use a grounding rod outside my window vs. plugging into an outlet) based on effects that have ONLY happened since sleeping on it, and thus far they have ALL been POSITIVE. Sheets are well made, runs a little on the larger size? I purchased a King sheet and have a lot of play room even with a thicker mattress. I also purchased a Queen set for my daughter and they run a little big but nothing bothersome about it. So, my daughter and I put them on at the same time so we can compare stories on how we felt after sleeping on the grounding sheets. First night we both felt we fell asleep much faster but nothing else. Second and third night, we both fell asleep faster and noticed we did not wake up tossing and turning as we had been. We both noticed a lot me detailed dreaming. Hers were crazier than mine, but I am not contributing the dreams to the sheets. I really did not have body aches or have any stiffness prior to using the sheets so it's hard to compare. Overall, they are comfortable, but not sure I feel it was worth the 99 dollars for just a sheet. Will continue to use but would have preferred for the price to include pillowcases at most. ... show more

As the purchaser (and husband) I love this sheet. I believe the science on grounding but NEVER have time to get out and do it naturally. As I write this I am laying on the sheet enjoying the feel while getting my daily grounding in. FYI, the lady laying next to me hates the feel of the sheet and claims they bunch up. Now for some reason that doesn't happen on the right side of the bed (my side) so I really can't speak to that. But MY experience has been great. They have the feel of a 250 thread count sheet. While I love the silkiness of the higher thread counts, if your bedroom is a bit warmer (like mine) you may find those higher thread counts to be too warm. this product is just right in. my estimation. ... show more
