No problems with it save for some translation issues on the instructions. Great for the price. We've brewed 1 to 2 pots of coffee every day since we got it and it's still going strong. It's programmable and makes decent coffee. It does have a feature that alleges a stronger brew, but the difference is negligible.     • Broke after 9 months - Edited
Worked fine for the first 9 months. Now has E3 error code and won't do anything. Contacted seller since manual says there is a two-year warranty. Update: Received a response in two days and a brand-new machine was sent out in 3 days. Fingers crossed no more error codes.

Does not make coffee when you set it up/ Temp of coffee does not work / does not keep warm ! Only way is to make coffee warm then but does not keep warm.

So far the pot is doing an A+ job. The temperature level feature is the best. The ability to keep pot warming for three different time options is the reason it was purchased, the several other programing choices are exceptional.

We purchased this coffee maker after reviewing many choices. Our Bunn bit the dust and it was time to say adios. It took forever to make a decision for a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised on the performance of this coffee maker. By far it is the best coffee maker we have EVER had. Makes a fantastic cup of coffee and keeps the temp perfectly. Your choice of how many cups, how hot the brew and how warm the hold. We’ve been using it for about two weeks now when I reluctantly parted with the Bunn. No regrets so far.     • Pooor design
The conical shape of the coffee basket prevents good brewing. Water runs onto the warming plate, and coffee grounds end up in the coffee. Also, coffee doesn't pour from the carafe safely. It spills on the counter and all around the cup. Most disappointing!
