I've been a diabetic for 50+ years, and I have a painful condition known as 'peripheral neuropathty'. It causes pain in my feet that feels like I'm stepping on Legos. Walking anywhere barefoot is a bad idea. Needless to say, I need good slippers. I liked the low-slung back that wasn't too low. That feature makes getting these on my feet much easier, without letting my feet slip out. The first time I slipped these on my feet, they were a little snug, but walking around the house for a few minutes cured that. Now, my foot slides right into my new slippers, with a little help from one finger to pull up the back. These slippers are super-comfortable. My feet don't slide around, or slip out. They're snug but not tight, and going outside in my PJs to take out the garbage is a comfortable stroll, thanks to the soles on my new favorite slippers. All for under 20 bucks ... show more

I wear 14W and these were true to size. Length and width good. Fake fur not as warm as I expected on cold hard floors. Rubber soles sound like plastic when walking on laminate floors making a soft clack clack as I walk. Good grip, can use outdoors. Thick Foam padding at ball of foot and arch is good but hard on heels. The back of shoe is half height, lower than it appears in product pics. This makes the slippers loose around the heel and drag a little when walking. Heel and ankle support is poor. Quality for this style is good. Exterior is Blue Faux Suede material. If not for the low backs these would be keepers. Good value. ... show more

    • Finally, what I wanted!

These have been great! I've tried slip ons, moccasins and everything in between. These are sturdy enough (rubber soles) to walk outside to get the mail. They are soft and have enough memory foam to give support. The best part, however, is the back portion. Slip ons often come off while I'm walking or bending over to reach something. A full moccasin would be like putting on a pair of shoes. These have just enough of a rise in the back to stay on once they go on. I wasn't sure of that in the picture, but that is the only reason I tried these. I'm not disappointed. My only (slight) disappointment is the sizing. These are a bit smaller than what I would have wanted. I realize they cover two sizes in one style, but for me, they are a bit small. The larger size would be too large and I didn't want that. The media could not be loaded. They are durable, comfortable and soft, also warming, and slip resistant. They do run small, In my video I say I’m a woman shoe size 8 but I’m actually a size 9. I purchased a men’s size 7/8 and they fit just right. The only thing I didn’t like, they are tight at the throat line of the shoe.
