The frame is perfect. I have a limited edition print, mounted for framing. I wanted a beautiful, fine art worthy frame to showcase it. DONE! This is exactly what I needed/wanted, and then some. It was packaged beautifully, double boxed, wrapped in cling film with substantial padded corners. You would have to TRY to damage this package. It arrived on time, too. Another nicety was a beautiful artist’s rendering of Wyoming mountains note card of thanks from the owner of the shop enclosed in a substantial envelope. She added her personal email in case there is a question or concern. It was a lovely card, and nice touch. Finally, hardware is also enclosed. This frame looks, and acts expensive—very expensive. I have similar art frames in my home that cost MANY TIMES the price of this one. They don’t look better, they just cost more. This seller is unbeatable. What is there to say about a picture frame? Not much, it's just a picture frame. BUT this frame is not only beautifully made, the box it comes in is so beautiful that I'm buying another frame to put IT in!! The frame was perfect for what I needed it for, I bought the gold one, and the seller even put in a lovely thank you card in an envelope, which I must say, was of very good quality card stock (the envelope too!). This frame is gorgeous… I love everything about it. It arrived in a timely manner, and it was very well packaged. There was a nice little note inside from the owner with their phone number. The little metal things on the back that attach the backing to the frame are very sturdy and there’s lots of them so that picture inside that frame is not going to move around. I love love the rose gold color, and it looks beautiful with my Alphonse Mucha print. The colors of the two look perfect together. I would definitely recommend this frame to anybody. *Edited - After initially leaving a 3 star review with the below comments, the seller contacted me immediately, offering to help in any way to fix the problem. They also immediately refunded me. As it turns out, it was my image, not the matt. I didn't realize that it's standard when it says matted for 5x7 that it's actually a tiny bit less than that. My image needed a custom matt and was not made for this type of frame. I highly recommend this seller - very impressed with all their follow up and communication. If you have any issues, contact seller first before leaving a review. I ordered the 8x10 matted to 5x7. Although the frame is 8x10 the matte opening is slightly less than 5x7. The image I was framing is 5x7 and important parts are now cut off. Otherwise it’s a good frame for the price point. ... show more

This frame is fabulous, very well made, sturdy and heavy. It was well packaged so no damage anywhere including the corners. I used this for our wedding guest signature foam board which is about 1/4” thick and the frame handled the thickness with no problem. The gold color is classy and not cheap looking at all - in fact the frame looks way more expensive then it is! The mat is not a true white, has a slight blue/gray undertone which did not work at all with the cream background of our photo - flipped it over and used the backside of the mat which worked great!!
