The media could not be loaded. My 6 year old loves this make up box so much! There are many colors to choose from, different varieties of make ups and accessories. Even though she literally looks like the joker when she’s done it’s cute to see her play girlie with her sister and on on her own face. I got this as a gift for my 4y/o granddaughter. She enjoyed it so much; I couldn't pull her away from the mirror! The case is durable with its drawers being opened and closed repeatedly. The only drawback was the drawer inserts didn't last and started to crack the first day. The drawers work better without the inserts. It can get a little messy, but the makeup cleans up easily with soap and water. The nail polish is a little harder to clean, but it hardens into a solid and can be removed from hard surfaces like a table or hardwood floor with soapy water and slight scraping. Very adorable. Small then expected. There wasn't really instructions on what type of makeup was in the case and what to use for.
