The wife hasn't gotten to use it yet, but when I set it up to check it, two things are not right. A) the rod spins and does not stay where it belongs, meaning what's on top ends up on bottom. They aren't supposed to spin. B) the quick change wing nut set up for increasing/decreasing the stroke is turning. The nut on the back that the tightening bolt is run through is spinning when I try to tighten or loosen it. I have to stick my fingers behind the part the nut is embedded in and hold the roll on it. But my fingers are almost too big to do this. Shouldn't have to. I think they should have used metal instead of plastic for this piece. Contacted Hismith and they said they would make it right. I'm going to send them video of what it's doing. They offered to fix it or possibly even exchange for an upgrade for the trouble. UPDATE: Contacted Hismith and told them about the problem in detail and they sent me a new machine. I told them I found that the loose rod ended up being a set screw that wasn't tight, and that when I tightened it and applied some Locktite thread locker, it seems it fixed that problem. But the wallowed out (?) part that controls the stroke length seemed to be either milled to wide at the center, and that if I were sent a new piece, I may be able to change it but was unsure of how the rod from the motor connected. I was afraid I'd screw something else up trying to change that part. They immediately offered to send me a replacement, and assured me there is a 1 year warranty on the machine and they do back their guarantee. I'm really surprised and happy at how easy they were to work with, and how they seem to actually care about their customers.

Plain and simple- I just love the thing! It has been such a game changer! It’s so versatile and fun, with lots of options to adjust angle and depth, you can use it standing up on end as well, and it’s such great quality for the price! It’s easy to hide away and to get back out when needed. I love the discrete case it comes with. I also love the attachment it comes with and the option to buy a plate attachment to use with any of your toys that have a suction cup. I love the option of taking my pleasure into my own hands without needing to involve someone else, but also boys go absolutely crazy over getting to watch and be a part of it. The thrusting power and speed options are good, the only thing is it can slide away sometimes but it’s really not a problem for me. The size is perfect for what I was looking for; I’ve had mine a year and no signs of wear yet! I’m so happy I got this!

This is one of the best constructed devices from overseas that I have ever had the privilege of buying. I have gone through two of the "lesser" machines that perform the same process that this machine does and each has broken and I've had to make cheap fixes and curtail the size/weight of the attachments that we use. Let me start off by saying that I am 100% straight married male who is middle-aged and who has an active and healthy sex life other than an inability, even with pharmaceutical assistance to achieve climax. On a forum, prostate stimulation was suggested to me and that has started a roughly 4-5 year journey for me where I have graduated from prostate massagers to the lower quality machines that do what the Hismith does. Prostate stimulation not only makes it possible for me to achieve climax, but it never fails to achieve its goal. If we don't use it, we lose it guys. That's why I try to make sure to take care of business, with or without my wife a few times a week. It can keep your equipment working and deter prostate cancer. This machine is whisper quiet, has a great carrying case, and has everything you need to get hours or minutes of enjoyment out of it - whatever floats your boat. Men, if getting to your prostate is your hang-up, get over it. The powerful nature of the climax the first time should change your opinion forever. If you listen to me, you'll thank me later. Also, if you're waffling between buying a cheaper unit and the Hismith - spend the extra money and get the Hismith. As someone who has purchased two "cheapies" I should have just bought the quality unit first and I wouldn't have had any heartache. I was crushed both times my machine broke. You get what you pay for and this is worth every penny.
