It helped me repair my broken bcn cable and make a new runs out of cat6 cable I have. Did a Side by side comparison did not affect video feed or power drop from original bnc spliced or cat6. Great value when you look at price for new line to repair.

Excellent product, quick and easy to use with no video issues after repair. I did notice that the connection won't open just by loosening the screws, you have to pry it open a little after loosening the screws but other than that works as described.

    • these work fine... for one camera per cable
***Please note with multi-camera feeds, from cameras that do not have remote sync inputs (most don't), you likely will experience cross-talk between twisted pairs on multi-pair cables on longer runs... ( drifting shadows/ghosting). if possible, consider running separate twisted-pair video feed cables on longer runs rather than merging onto cat 5/6 cables from different cameras, for best results. Use one twisted pair for video and remaining pairs split + and - for power. ... show more
