I was at a bit of a loss about what size to order for my daughter, as the size chart identifies individual sizes (2T, 3T, 4T, etc.) with heights and weights, but the sizes you can select are each a range 2-3T, 3-4T, 4-5T, etc. My daughter is 4, but typically wears a 5T, so I ordered the 4-5T size. When it arrived, it was labeled a 4T, and although it initially fit as a generous 4T, there was about an inch of shrinkage after washing in cold water and drying on low. I wish I had sized up to the 5-6 size to get more wear out of this sweatshirt. The print is cute, but I also wish it was softer or fleecier on the inside. I ordered a Christmas print, so I know it will be cold when she wears it, but it is on the thinner side as far as sweatshirts go. It's a better weight for fall weather, but at least it won't be too bulky to put a coat on over. ... show more

I love this little sweatshirt, it's adorable! It's 100% cotton, so very soft. Be careful to follow the laundry care directions so it won't shrink. It says to wash in cold water and hang dry. I ordered the 3-4 years size for my daughter (age 3) who is just shy of 3ft tall and weighs 31lbs. It fits perfectly, not too tight but not too baggy. If your kiddo is tall for their age, it may be a good idea to order a size up so it won't be too short. This cute blue blouse has really nice appliqué- a ladybug. I got this for 2-year old toddler but it seems it runs a little big. I am not sure if this sweatshirt is a 100% cotton. The inside is soft but the outside not so much.

She fell in love with the vivid rainbow and unicorn design on the pink background the moment she saw it. The top is carefully sewn and quite soft on the outside. The inside of the neck has a thin band of fabric so the seam will not irritate a tender neck. The fabric is fairly thin, which will work well on a warmer fall day or it can be layered when the weather gets cold. My granddaughter and I both love the unicorn’s silky golden and red mane and tail. She mentioned that touching it made her feel calmer, so that should help with first day jitters. Very comftorable and sensory friendly. The butterflys are stitched on and the seems are not loose. The inside tag is sewn into the seem so DO NOT rip it off, you need to use sisors.
