The only down side to this device is that there isn't a way to move applications to an installed SD card without invalidating the warranty. Easy to use. We bought a tablet holder to go with it which makes it easier for my wife to use. The display is bright. She likes to watch videos and the sound is plenty loud for her to hear but not so loud as to annoy me as I work on my crossword puzzles in the same room. It starts quickly and lasts about 4+ hours when watching videos. My wife has MS and using a laptop was difficult but the touchscreen works very well. My wife is the least technological person I know but she seems to have learned how to use it fairly well. She says we should have gotten one years go. This is a great tablet! It stays running fast when you have a lot of windows open and very easy to connect to my wirelessly connect to my google chromecast. This display is nice but the overall sound could be better. Its doesn’t get that loud but overall well worth the money!

I wanted to love this, I was to give 2.5 stars, but there are so many areas of the "touch" screen that are unresponsive, it doesn't matter the type of stylus, or even finger touch, except for the disc type, but I worry about that scratching the screen. . As I HAVE had that happen before. Since I have to mainly use a stylus, mesh type refuses to go smoothly across the screen as well. And this is important for what I do. Rubber didn't work, first generation mesh, sort of works for gliding across, but nothing works on the blank spots, (most seem to be near the right side of the screen),. I can touch, rub, or whatever and those spots do not respond. I have tried every fix I find. Cleaned the screen several times and the stylus, I have to move to screen to an area that works, which is not something I can do during the process of some things I work on. It is is very slow to start up. If I am not working, it runs okay, and does whatever else I need, but for the v$$, I was hoping for better performance. As I've had tablets I've worked with that were very basic, low scale, that performed better. ... show more

The tablet is fast and has plenty of memory. I needed to apply a liquid screen protector to help with the fingerprints. There aren't many tablet cover options, my wife wanted a more colorful tablet cover.
