This was for installation in a location with no more than 2 bars of signal outdoors in open areas. The booster arrived on time, was very well packaged, and had all components well organized. Installation and setup were very well explained in the documentation, both enclosed and online.. The Signal Supervisor app is very helpful during setup EXCEPT the theme it uses. It is VERY difficult to see. ( It was installed on multiple devices, the appearance theme was the same on all. ) see the screenshot in this review to understand the complaint about the appearance of the Signal Supervisor App. The performance is really good. The end users went from NO usable signal indoors to download speeds ( on 4G LTE Verizon ) of 15-20 Mbps, and calls that were perfect with no drop in audio quality! All of these details make for a great purchase.... Then there is Noah with Hiboost Support. Attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. 5 extra stars for Noah! He answered ALL of my questions quickly and thoroughly , even the ones that were not well said! The photos show the signal numbers before and after Noah's excellent support ! Annoying to set up but the results are great. I had a bit of trouble with the app on my iPhone so I switched to my husband's android and it worked much better. Customer service texted me to see if I needed any help with the install. Which was very appreciated but not needed. Install is pretty straight forward if you read the directions. We did watch a few YouTube videos as well. ... show more

The unit was well made, shipped on time, etc. It didn't work for our needs because of our remote location, but when we were trying to get it to work, tech support was amazing! Very responsive and helpful through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from this company!
