The shipping. Amazon will give an option to package everything together and get a % back on Prime Visa. DONT DO IT. The package will come by horse and carriage. Even if you don’t have Prime, the package would have arrived faster. Just a disaster. Don’t Ship That way.

The instructions was 1 small page and the handle was easy to replace. It was much harder to remove the old one that my toilet had than to install the new one. It looks nice and it works as it should. I highly recommend!
