They did stretch out a little bit after wearing them everyday for the summer months, but they still fit good. They are made for warmer weather cause the material is on the thin side. These are super comfortable! I wish I would have gotten a 7.5 instead cause they run a tiny bit small, but they stretch out a little and are not so bad now. Super light, great quality and they look nice. Classic black velvety material. I have a white pair that I even washed on cold in in the washing machine and they still look and feel brand new. (Do not put in dryer!) They seem very durable. The arch support is okay and they stay on the backs of your feet very well. I was recommend Hey Dudes by my student athletes. Since I started wearing them, my knees aren’t in pain, I can walk better, & the shoes have held up a lot. The arch support definitely helps to where you don’t have sore feet after wearing them a few minutes. I’ve walked & stood for long periods of time with no pain. For the price you pay, you definitely get the value of money with how long you can wear them. I love the different style options they have & prefer the black with white soles to go with everyday wear. I have a wide foot with high arch & high instep. Love these. They go with more than you think. Slip on for ease and super Comfy and light. Support is typical for this brand. Not a Lot of arch support but that’s to be expected for this brand. I do find them to be more comfortable than the well known n.ke brand. I can shop all day in these. Seem to hold up even at the race track - lots of asphalt walking. I'm a huge Hey Dude fan. I have 15 pair of Hey Dudes, in various styles. I wear a size 8 and buy size 8. I will say some styles run a bit bigger. However that doesn't bother me any, as I can wear thicker socks or liners with them. I wear Them every day all year long. They are light weight and Comfortable, just like wearing slippers.
